Do you service Brantford?
Yes! We offer 80km FREE travel on all Real-Estate listing photoshoots. Any travel incurred over 80km is billed at $0.61/km. All return trips to properties are billed at full travel.
What is your turnaround time?
Real-Estate photo & video packages are guaranteed within 2 business days. Other services, such as virtual staging, can sometimes take a bit longer.
Do you need a deposit?
For most photoshoots, no deposit is necessary. Once your media is delivered, payment is required to access your media; you can easily pay directly via credit card, or, if you prefer, you can send an e-transfer.
What is your availability like?
Our availability changes from week to week depending on how busy the season is. Your best bet is to book your photoshoot as early as possible to ensure you get the date you want. You can book your photoshoot by contacting us directly, or by using our online order form.
Do you shoot on weekends?
Unfortunately, we do not service Real-Estate listings on weekends. We’re happy to take bookings from Monday to Friday!
For other special projects such as events, concerts, or weddings, we do offer custom weekend availability as required.
How do you deliver the photos and videos?
All your media is delivered through your secure Client Portal.
